Form submissions are transmitted to a private Google Sheet via Google Apps Script. Google acts as a data processor on our behalf. This means your submission data passes through Google’s infrastructure when the form is submitted. Google’s handling of that data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
4. How We Use Your Information
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if appropriate, to schedule an introductory call. We do not use your information for marketing, and we do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties beyond the Google processing described above.
5. Data Retention
Inquiry submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to and follow up on your request. Data that is no longer needed is deleted. If a therapeutic relationship is established, your information becomes part of your clinical record, which is governed by applicable state and federal law including HIPAA.
6. Security
Access to the Google Sheet storing inquiry data is restricted to authorized personnel only. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Please do not include sensitive medical or personal health information in the inquiry form.
7. Your Rights
You may request that we delete or correct any personal information you have submitted via the contact form. To make such a request, please use the contact form or reach out directly after your inquiry has been received.
8. Children’s Privacy
This website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Inquiries on behalf of minors should be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.
