4. Good Faith Estimate Notice

Under the federal No Surprises Act (effective January 1, 2022), you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs before beginning services.

As a self-pay client, you are entitled to a written estimate of the anticipated cost of your care — including the type of service, expected frequency, and estimated total cost — before your first appointment. If your actual bill exceeds the Good Faith Estimate by more than $400, you have the right to dispute the charge.

A Good Faith Estimate will be provided to all new clients prior to the initial evaluation. For questions about your estimate, please reach out via the contact form.
