Approach

Care That Fits You.

Therapy is most effective when it’s thoughtfully adapted to you. I integrate evidence-based methods, a holistic lens, and genuine collaboration to support meaningful change.

Evidence-Informed

I integrate evidence-based approaches in a way that’s tailored to you and your needs.

Approaches

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Psychodynamic Therapy
  • Motivational Interviewing
  • Humanistic Therapy

Person-Centered

We work together to shape the pace and direction, with reflection, guidance, and space for your own insight built in.

Holistic Framework

Difficult experiences rarely have a single cause. I look at the whole picture — your history, relationships, physical experience, and context — to understand what’s driving what you’re experiencing.

Collaborative Care

When it serves you, I coordinate with teachers, psychiatrists, and other providers on your care team — so the people in your corner are working together.
